Takes care of all your employees’ leave matters. It allows employees to apply their Leaves online, enquire on Leave balances, Leave entitlement and Leave history..
Definition of various leave types such as:
- Annual Leave
- Sick Leave
- Hospitalization Leave
- Marriage Leave
- Maternity Leave
- Paternity Leave
- Child Care Leave
There is the option of having email notification during Leave Application, Leave Approval and Leave Cancellation.
This email notification is simply to inform the Approver that there is leave for approval in the database and he/she will have to log in to the database to approve or reject the leave application.
An email will be sent to the Leave Applicant to update on the leave status.
Claims manage the administration of employees claimable benefits based on the grouping and Level of the employees.
As an integrated module, approved claims are reimbursed to employees through CyanSYS Payroll.
Various controls available are:
- Definition of the various benefits and claims allowed for your employees such as Medical Claims and Travelling Benefits.
- Definition of the Claims amount per visit and per year for different group of employees.
- Definition of the Claims Approvers for the various departments to view the claims under their charge and approve or reject claims submission at their discretion.
